About Us
Designpath Studio is a Los Angeles-based motion graphics studio with a history rooted in traditional print and web design. We balance 2D and 3D animation with live action for commercials, title sequences, DVD menus, as well as corporate and network branding.
Our goal is to keep the work clean & simple and to arrive at a project-appropriate solution for every client. Despite having completed hundreds of projects, we approach each new one with a collaborative spirit to ensure the best possible work.
Robert Guillory (Designer - Animator - Art Director) -> With more than 15 years of experience (5+ print, 10+ broadcast graphics) working for in-house ad agencies and TV networks along with independent production companies, Rob’s designed and animated a myriad of motion graphics projects including Station IDs, DVD Menus, Bumpers, Interstitials, Trivia Q&A, Museum Tours, Sales Meeting graphics, and Film & TV broadcast graphics. Along with his graphics skills, he’s also a classically-trained composer and musician whose work has been performed both in the U.S. and abroad.
His software setup includes Final Cut Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator – along with Cinema 4D and Vue Infinite for rendering natural 3D environments.
